"Hi, my name is Jacson! My wife Angela and I decided to start Virt.Work because of all the great talent we know in the Philippines! Angela is Filipina, and I lived in the Philippines for 2 years when I was on a mission for my church. When I was there, I met some of the smartest and hardest working people I've ever met. I met people that worked for multiple fortune 500 companies as 'Virtual Assistants'. Later, I looked further into the Virtual Employee industry and saw a large hole in the market that could be filled by this great talent.

At the time, I was busy running our family's wellness business and was having a hard time with staffing. We had some great staff here in the US, but our payroll was way too high to sustain. My wife suggested we look into Virtual Workers. Within a month we made the hard decision to move all our staffing needs to Virtual Assistants. And once we did, we never looked back. We were able to find experienced, responsible professionals that were able to fill all our needs. We ended up being able to expand the business and hired over 10 VA's to run that business. At that point, we were able to allow our staff to basically run the business for us. It was amazing! I realized that Virtual Assistants could help thousands of small businesses.
